We will be opening the space with a heart opening bobinsana rose tea..a shamanic brew which Sarah has handcrafted & prepared through magical ritual. Bobinsana is a gentle Heart Chakra healing plant; increases feelings of compassion, self-love, clarity & focus..new insights about life can be found..you will be taken on a walk with your imagination as you relax into the space..
Sophie will ground us into our bodies through her signature slow flow gentle yoga practice by candlelight..a truly nurturing & transformational experience. As you rest from your movement, you will be guided through a shamanic drum journey (ancient psychology) to meet a power animal that wishes to work with you right now. A beautiful medicine to assist you with your path moving forward…you will then be soothed through a gentle sound & reiki healing…
